Emilie's training and experience include an intensive workshop
with N.I.D.A. and two acting courses for
film & T.V. with Australia's Swinburne University. Her credits include
a two month engagement with the Prime Time actors Studio workshops in Los
Angeles. Emilie has also received instruction and encouragement
while studying with Australian Producer/Director John Gauci. And, of course, most recently, her role
as
Curupira (The Demon) in BeastMaster.
Emilie has intensively studied Classical Ballet at The Australian Ballet Co., an honor
she earned by being chosen from a pool of national and international
applicants.
Performing with The Australian Ballet Company has heightened Emilie's desire and need to
act. 
Emilie de Ravin, a new face to the TV industry, plays the mischevious, but powerful Curupira (The Demon), guardian of all game animals and the creature who gave Dar his power to communicate with them.
